Green Park


Green Park is a Partnership between Southeast Capital Companies and 360 Residential that commenced construction in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Located at the intersection of Lavista Road and Weems Road in the Northlake submarket, the community is within walking distance of many local retail establishments. The 310 homes in the community will be a combination of two and three story townhomes and traditional three story walkup apartment homes. The apartment homes will range from a low of 640 sf one bedroom homes to large two bedroom units of 1,607 sf. The exterior of the buildings will be a combination of brick, stone, and masonry siding. The project is unique as most of the townhomes face a 3 acre park that is available to the entire community’s use. The park is the most visible amenity but is augmented with a fitness center and an activity center for social gatherings and pool enjoyment, along with grilling stations and a dog care area.
