A team led by Southeast Capital Partners, Inc. was selected over several national firms to lead the development of the most pivotal block in the urban revitalization of downtown Atlanta. Block 1, which is adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park, comprises just over 3-acres. Phase I consists of retail, a 30,000 square foot Children’s Museum, parking and 167- condominiums. Construction started in March 2001 and was completed during second quarter of 2003. When all phases of Centennial Hill are completed, the revitalization area will include luxury condominiums, apartments, hotel, public parking, retail, and the Children’s Museum. The total estimated completion value is in excess of $125,000,000. Museum Tower features one and two-bedroom condominium homes, lofts and penthouses, with full-service concierge, rooftop pool, controlled access parking, fitness center, guest suite, business center and conference room. The homes range from 874 to 1,725 square feet, with prices ranging from the $200s-$500s.
