Condominium Conversion – SOLD OUT MAY 2005
Closed in September 2003, SECC has completed the condominium conversion of 180-units on centrally located Ashford-Dunwoody Road in the Perimeter area of metro Atlanta. Renovations to the interiors of the units include: redesign of kitchens with new cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting and floor tile; improved bathrooms including new cabinets, countertops, fixtures and floor tile; new carpet throughout; new interior doors; new painting throughout and new heating and air conditioning systems to name a few. Some of the site and building exterior improvements include: a new pool house and deck; new paving; landscaping enhancement; upgraded decks and patios; new painting; new patio doors and new signage.
