Sanctuary Park

In 2019, Southeast Capital Companies, LLC (SEC) entered into an assemblage contract of 4 parcels and 2 commercial outparcels totaling approximately 20 acres in Lawrenceville, Georgia. While under contract, SEC successfully rezoned the 4 parcels to develop 266 Class “A” Apartment Homes (apartment site). The apartment development would have included first class indoor and outdoor amenities.

The land closing was scheduled for December 2020. Shortly prior to closing, SEC was approached to sell the apartment site, and ultimately agreed to sell via an option contract. SEC successfully closed on the overall site, and subsequently closed on the option contract by selling the apartment site while retaining the 2 commercial outparcels.

The Creek at Arthur Hills

Southeast Capital Land’s acquired The Creek at Arthur Hills from the FDIC in 2012.   Arthur Hills is a 135 lot swim and tennis community located off Cedarcrest Road in Paulding County.  The community is adjacent to Bentwater Subdivision and Golf Course and approximately 2 miles west of Cobb Parkway.  Embracing over 56 acres of lush rolling countryside, filled with hardwoods, pine groves and a spring-fed pond.  Sales in 2014 achieved the highest home volume in the Atlanta MSA.

Skyland Brookhaven

Skyland Brookhaven is a 167-unit townhome residential development in the City of Brookhaven. Located just northeast of Buckhead, it provides residents with easy access to one of Atlanta’s most premier and vibrant areas. This immediate area in Brookhaven is quickly becoming an affordable, close-in living opportunity, offering great schools, countless restaurants, shopping, and public parks. This exciting new community was a direct product of a team collaboration between Southeast Capital and Home South Communities.

Chastain East

Chastain East is a single-family home development located in the preeminent area of Chastain Park in the north Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, Georgia. It is being developed in a partnership between Southeast Capital and Home South Communities. The community is an 8.4-acre assemblage of 15 single family homes and two vacant lots. The development consists of 32 luxury, single family residences. Final sellout concluded in mid-2020.

Green Park


Green Park is a Partnership between Southeast Capital Companies and 360 Residential that commenced construction in the 3rd quarter of 2014. Located at the intersection of Lavista Road and Weems Road in the Northlake submarket, the community is within walking distance of many local retail establishments. The 310 homes in the community will be a combination of two and three story townhomes and traditional three story walkup apartment homes. The apartment homes will range from a low of 640 sf one bedroom homes to large two bedroom units of 1,607 sf. The exterior of the buildings will be a combination of brick, stone, and masonry siding. The project is unique as most of the townhomes face a 3 acre park that is available to the entire community’s use. The park is the most visible amenity but is augmented with a fitness center and an activity center for social gatherings and pool enjoyment, along with grilling stations and a dog care area.

Green Park

Smyrna Grove

In October of 2014, Southeast Capital and Home South Communities began developing the exciting and new single-family neighborhood of Smyrna Grove. This large-scale community, which is comprised of 194 Craftsman-Style homes centered around a lake, is one of the first residential developments in the greater Smyrna area in over six years. This 48-acre community is bounded by Windy Hill and Old Concord Roads and will be nestled into wooded, rolling fields providing a pastoral setting for the new homes.  Smyrna Grove has the advantage of close proximity to the burgeoning Town Center of Smyrna, along with easy access to I-285 and I-75. Final sellout concluded in late-2019.

Ansley Parkside

Active Lifestyle Communities (a Partnership between Southeast Capital Companies and Patrick Malloy Communities) completed Ansley Parkside in April 2014. Located on Monroe Drive near the intersection with Piedmont Road, the community is in walking distance of Piedmont Park, Ansley Mall and surrounding trendy boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets. The 41 homes in the community are three story townhomes, built in a traditional “brownstone” style with stoops and front stairs that lead to front side walks with parking in the rear. Home buyers had the option to choose between the Piedmont floorplan (1,992 square feet) and the Monroe floorplan (2,218 square feet), with each floorplan consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The exterior of the buildings are brick and the flat roofs set atop large bracketed cornices. Each home has a two-car garage that is accessed on the rear of the building. The homes all have a large balcony/deck area off of the main living area that has water (hose bib) and a stub out for future gas service for a gas grill or outdoor fire place.

Heritage Place 

Condominiums – SOLD OUT August 1998

Located at 211 Colonial Homes Drive in the heart of Buckhead, Heritage Place consists of 89-homes and was recognized as the benchmark for new condominium developments in Atlanta. Heritage Place was the first in-town new construction condominium of the 1990’s. Construction began in November of 1996 and all 89-homes were sold out by mid-year 1998 at a value of $26,000,000. Brickstone Heights

Townhomes – SOLD OUT January 2002

This 13+ acre site is located on a dramatic hillside overlooking Powers Ferry Road. This gated community features 53-traditional, brick townhomes. The project started in June of 1998 and was completely sold out in January 2002 with a completion value of $21,000,000. BrookWood Place

(Mixed Use) Residential/Retail – SOLD OUT January 2002

BrookWood Place is a luxury-gated community in the heart of Buckhead that exudes the charm of an urban village. This prestigious Peachtree address is comprised of 112- condominium homes and 26-townhomes. Construction was started in December of 1998 and was completed during fourth quarter of 2000. The project was sold out as of January 2002. BrookWood Place had a completion value of over $44 million.
